Authorization and capture

At checkout, your payment is typically authorized (a temporary hold) and then captured depending on provider settings. If you see two temporary entries, it’s often normal authorization handling that clears automatically.

If you’re unsure, contact us with your order number and a screenshot: we’ll confirm whether it’s an authorization or an actual captured charge.

Note: authorization release timelines depend on your bank (not the store).

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds follow the rules of the method used (card, PayPal, etc.). Once a refund is issued, settlement timing depends on provider and bank.

For made-to-order customized items, some production steps may already be in progress: that’s why cancellations/refunds are handled transparently, case by case.

Bank checks, 3D Secure and limits

If your bank applies extra checks (3D Secure, online limits, anti-fraud blocks), a payment may be declined even with available funds. In that case: enable online/international payments or try another method (PayPal/Klarna).

Any currency conversion or fees are determined by your bank or your payment provider.

Discretion, statement descriptor and privacy

Discretion is a real value: on-site and at checkout we keep a clean, non-explicit experience. That said, the statement descriptor depends on network/provider and the method chosen.
