The website is operated by Venera Dolls di Marcello Po and is intended exclusively for adults. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Product pages describe available features, materials, measurements, options and configurations. Many items are handmade or hand-finished; slight variations in tone, texture or finish may fall within normal production tolerances. For configurable products, the options actually selected and confirmed in the order apply.

Prices and applicable charges are shown on the website and at checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed at purchase. Instalment services depend on supported providers and their eligibility terms.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. For variable stock, multi-component configurations or supplier availability, Venera Dolls may perform a final check before operational confirmation. If an item is unavailable or inconsistent, we will contact you to agree on a solution, alternative configuration or refund where due.

Timing and fulfilment route depend on the individual product page. EU Stock means physical European inventory, subject to final verification where a configuration requires multiple components. Made-to-order products require production before transport. For shipments from China, when the product page explicitly states DDP, import duties and taxes are included according to the product page and checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by destination, holidays, logistics checks or carrier-related causes.

Requests to change or cancel an order must be sent as soon as possible. Once processing, preparation, production or final supplier confirmation has begun, an order may no longer be changeable or cancellable, especially for goods made to customer specifications. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded where permitted by law, including made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods and certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. Nothing limits statutory rights for defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

Inspect the parcel on delivery. If there is visible damage, photograph the packaging before opening and keep useful documentation; a continuous unboxing video can support verification. Report issues promptly with order number, photos and a clear description. Venera Dolls will assess the case and the appropriate solution with the customer, carrier and supplier.

Consumer purchases remain covered by the statutory conformity rights and legal guarantee required by applicable law. Any limitation of liability in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Website text, graphics, photographs, logos and content are protected under applicable law and may not be reused without permission where authorization is required.
