Shipping types and timelines
A) EU stock (fast delivery). When an item is available in an EU warehouse, delivery is more straightforward.
Typical timelines are often a few business days (varying by area and season). During peak periods networks may slow down.
Tracking activates as soon as the parcel is accepted.
B) Made-to-order. Two phases: production (varies by configuration and workload) + shipping.
We don’t promise the same “X days” for everyone: we provide realistic estimates upfront and update you along the way.
C) Accessories shipped by Venera Dolls. Dispatched from Italy with faster, controlled handling: quick preparation (excluding weekends/holidays) and immediate tracking once the label is created.
Note: each brand can follow different flows (warehouse, production, packaging). Our rule stays the same: we tell you upfront how your order will travel.
Tracking and updates
Once the shipment is handed to the courier, you receive a shipping confirmation plus a tracking link/code.
If something looks off (long stop, failed attempt, no tracking updates), contact us: we step in when needed.
Customs, VAT and non-EU countries
EU. Typically no extra customs procedures when the parcel ships from EU stock.
Non-EU. Duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country.
Customs can hold the shipment until procedures are completed.
If you’re unsure before purchasing, message us: we’ll tell you what to expect for your country.
Delivery, receiving and delivery issues
For bulky shipments or curbside delivery (depending on route/courier):
make sure the address is correct and accessible.
If you live in a building or complex access area, add helpful notes (intercom, unit, time window).
If possible, organize receiving: it reduces delays and storage events.
If the parcel shows visible impact or tampering:
photograph the exterior before opening, then the interior and any damage, and contact us promptly with pictures and your order number.
This speeds up any courier or insurance handling.
For even clearer verification in case of transport damage, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video,
from the outer packaging to the complete extraction of the product. If an issue is found, the video helps us speed up verification with the courier, insurance and support team.
Brand-specific shipping
Each brand can follow a different flow (warehouse, production, packaging, timelines).
Our rule is simple: we always tell you upfront how your order will travel,
with clear updates until delivery.
