Which lubricants can I use?
Use water-based lubricants only. Never use silicone-based lubricants on TPE or S-TPE. Even with silicone dolls, we recommend water-based to preserve the surface.
How can I prevent stains and discoloration?
Avoid prolonged contact with dark fabrics, denim, synthetic leather, or strongly dyed materials. Use light-colored sheets and protective covers.
How do I dry the doll correctly?
After washing, always dry completely—especially folds and internal cavities. Residual humidity is the main cause of mold and odors.
How should I store it when not in use?
Store in a natural position, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ideal temperature: 18–24°C. Do not keep it compressed.
How do I transport it safely?
Always support the body; avoid lifting by limbs or head. Use padded packaging and keep a neutral posture.
Can small damages be repaired?
Yes. Small cuts or scratches can be repaired with specific silicone or TPE kits. If unsure, contact support before attempting repairs.

Will I receive real photos before shipping?
Yes. Before shipping, you can receive real photos of the ready product, so you know exactly what’s leaving and can confirm everything is correct.
Are there extra costs or customs?
For EU shipments, there are generally no customs fees. Any extras depend on destination and optional services—and we always tell you in advance.
